Advisors join the Koinz Network with their experience and skills by paying an annual fee.

Through a matching process (based on desire to participate and profile), members will form the Advisory Board throughout the program.

Advisors receive a percentage of the company's results proportional to their level of dedication.

Koinz operates through intellectual capital, primarily via the Advisory Board.

We screen companies, assessing their needs and determining the best way to support each one.

Koinz provides support not only to the companies' advisory boards but also to the advisors themselves.

Companies join Koinz in exchange for intellectual capital, particularly in preparation for growth or mergers and acquisitions.

Once selected for the portfolio, they will have an Advisory Board implemented with the support of Koinz Capital.

Companies compensate the Board through equity bonuses, financial remuneration¹, and/or success fees on fundraising.
